• We employ conservation techniques to minimize water and energy usage
• We have conducted an energy audit of our operation to ensure we are doing all we can to conserve
• We strive to use chemicals minimally through the use of natural predators (aphidis, etc) when possible
• We have planted cover crops to encourage beneficial insects year round
• We use natural fertilizer and cover crops periodically to keep our soil healthy
• We are in the process of transitioning 100 acres to Organic production
