I did not remember that dates are still harvested on the Richardson place. Do you know what your variety(s) is (are)? This information could be of interest to me, especially if you have that big forklift that might let one examine the emerging new fronds up there on top. I’m guessing the trees have no pups (offshoots) available for a look.
